3.1.23 fixes both issues:

– At the beginning of round 1, EPIC was not listing tables. This has been fixed.
– The EPIC + FTP system simply didn’t work at all stages. This was due to a mistake on my part, as 3.1 utilizes an external library to handle the FTP connection, which was not included in the final building of the program. (3.0 used a different system to connect via FTP) As of this version this is fixed.

3.1.23 also contains a fix to one other latent issue that didn’t get transferred over in the 2.2 -> 3.0 update, in that RTools was no longer accounting for the “starting table” modifier that exists in v3, where you can start a tournament from a table other than 1.

Also of note, .23 has the beginnings of the network code within it, and the non-GUI portions are taking shape. I should have an alpha with the network interface in it by the end of the year. (this isn’t why RT is 2x as large starting in .23, that’s due of the external libraries used for FTP. The networking is surprisingly lightweight, actually.
